PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part sucking head capable of surely sucking and holding electronic parts and smoothly mounting the same on a printed circuit board without position error. SOLUTION: In a part sucking head including a suction holding part 25 projecting downward around an suction port 81 on a tip end surface and holding a sucking nozzle 14 including a skirt part 71 slightly projecting downward from the suction holding part 25 in a flared shape around the suction holding part 25 on a bed main body 12 under conditions that the sucking nozzle 14 is movable in the vertical direction and is energized downward, the suction holding part 25 is made of a rigid body and the skirt part 71 is made of a soft elastic body. |
