PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caster structure for a handcart having excellent straight line stability at a low cost, even when the handcart traverses on an oblique surface and one side pushing is performed. SOLUTION: In this caster structure for the handcart adopting a double wheel type caster 10, the double wheel type caster 10 of a pair of left and right sides is constituted to incline upper parts of an inner ring 12 and an outer ring 14 toward the inside of the handcart by forming an outer diameter C of the inner ring 12 so as to be smaller than an outer diameter D of the outer ring 14. The double wheel type caster 10 of the pair of left and right sides is formed so as to be horizontally revolvable, a revolution center of the double wheel type caster 10 is located close to the outer ring 14 from the middle of a grounding point of the inner ring 12 and a grounding point of the outer ring 14, and front parts of the inner ring 12 and the outer ring 14 can be inclined toward the inside of the handcart when traveling the handcart.
