PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent visibility of display from deteriorating without increasing a power consumption of a light source. SOLUTION: An image is projected and displayed to a whole image plane of a convex screen 5 by a first projection means 7 provided with the light source, and an image obtained by a second projection means 9 provided with a laser 45 is superposed on a certain part of the image obtained by the first projection means 7, thereby carrying out an image display.
