PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a reinforced plastic by which decrease in impregnation properties of a resin to a reinforcing material can be suppressed by improving efficiency of removal of air existing around the fiber constituting the reinforcing material. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing a reinforcing plastic in which a resin is made to flow in a molding space and after the reinforcing material is impregnated with this resin, the resin is cured, the reinforcing material 3 and a resin carrying body 1 carrying the resin under a semi-cured condition are arranged in the molding space A1 and the resin is made to flow under a condition where the molding space A1 is made vacuum and heated and after the reinforcing material 3 is impregnated with the flowing resin, this resin is cured.
