SUBSTANCE: suction port of vacuum pump consists of several passages whose axes are directed tangentially relative to circle of rotor cavities and side walls are located in parallel with their axis. Flow of gas being sucked is directed in way of rotation of rotors, thus excluding braking effect of flow. Passages make it possible to combine flow of gas being sucked with direction of rotor rotation, thus excluding braking effect of gas in suction chamber. EFFECT: reduced losses of energy. 1 dwg |
