SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing with feeding auger and cutting mechanism made in the form of multiple-blade cutters located in casing and grids arranged in alternation with cutters biased by means of tubular head. Two diametrically arranged joint tongues are positioned in casing. Intermediate or intermediate and discharge grids have smaller outer diameter than receiving grid and are equipped with central oval-shaped opening, where cylindrical insert is arranged for rotation together with auger. Cylindrical insert is put eccentrically and fixed on auger shank. Each of said grids has two joint tongue receiving slots. EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced power consumption. 3 dwg |
