PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood pressure measuring device comprising members molded in a cassette. SOLUTION: The device is for measuring blood pressure within a pipe 44 of an extracorporeal blood circuit 42 having a blood pressure measuring section 46 with a substantially hard wall 64 containing a hole 66 sealed by a closure member 68. The closure member 68 is manufactured as a member in series with the hard wall 64 with which the measuring section 46 is associated. The inner surface 70 and the outer surface 72 of the closure member make contact with blood and circulating air, respectively. The closure member 68 can be deformed along the overall area of a deformation axis (A-A) under the influence of blood pressure.
