PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent or restrain to the minimum level bubble generation in the printing process and to re-absorb the air to be introduced in a printing system. SOLUTION: This method comprises a step 200 of providing an ink supply container including a high barrier for air diffusion, for supporting a supplied liquid ink, a step 202 of filling the supply container with a certain amount of a liquid unsaturated ink, a step 206 of storing the filled supply container for a certain time, a step 208 of mounting the supply container in a printing system including a printing head 310, a step 210 of supplying the unsaturated ink from the supply container to the printing head for a printing operation with the unsaturated ink to be supplied to the printing head having an air dissolution level sufficient for absorbing the air, a step 210 of eliminating the air introduced into the printing head including absorption of the air introduced into the system by the unsaturated ink, and a step 212 of jetting liquid ink droplets from the system during the printing operation. |
