PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plaster cast guard with the thickness a patient wants by easily adjusting the thickness of the plaster cast guard attached to the bottom surface of a foot part of the patient with a bandage or plaster cast. SOLUTION: As the plaster cast guard 1, an adhesive material 4 is applied to one side of each elastic and waterproof board-like cushion material 2 to be attached to the bottom surface of the foot part 8 of the patient with a bandage or plaster cast. In the plaster cast guard 1, a plurality of cushion materials 2 with a prescribed thickness and different colors are mounted, and the cushion materials 2 are bonded to each other with the adhesive material 4 on one side of each cushion material 2 to obtain the total thickness the patient wants.
