PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch of a hand-piece for an ultrasonic operation to be easily operated, capable of reducing the risk of accidental turning on/off, and reducing the fatigue of fingers of an operator. SOLUTION: The switch provided here is operated by finger for driving and operating the hand-piece for ultrasonic operations. The output electricity of the hand-piece for operations responds to the pressure applied to the switch operated by finger and corresponds to it. Examples of the switch operated by finger include an electric-mechanical switch, a resistor with the resistance corresponding to an applied force and sensing the outer force, a capacitor with the capacitance corresponding to the pressure, etc., of an insulating layer between two electrodes or to the interval between two conductive layers and sensing the outer force, a distortion gauge for making the variation of the output according to the applied pressure, a magnet or ferromagnetic material buried in an elastomer, a sensor for detecting the intensity of the magnetic field and monitoring the change of the intensity of the magnetic field with respect to the force, and a piezoelectric film or piezoelectric ceramic part whose charge or voltage is changed according to the applied force.
