PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved reciprocating feeding mechanism capable of dispensing with a two-dimensional valving mechanism, simultaneously engaging with the respective fasteners and independently driving each fastener to the remote side. SOLUTION: A feeding device has a driving mechanism having a remote terminal, a base terminal, and a first and second confronting members. The members are moved to the base side and the remote side for the feed device, or individually moved. The device includes at least one surgical fastener positioned between the first and second members. At least each one surgical fastener has the base side terminal and the remote side terminal, and the device is provided with an actuator having at least three serial positions. |
