PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve difficulties in operability in a steering turn or imperfections of a turning hydraulic clutch in a transmission case for travel in a working vehicle and the like. SOLUTION: In this travel transmitting device for the working vehicle and the like, a sub-case 4 including a hydraulic clutch mechanism C operating a spin clutch 2 for spin turning and a mild clutch 3 for mild turning is interlocked to the transmission case including a gear interlocking mechanism G for gear change transmission in travel while using different gear oil. A turning control shaft 5 for a steering turn is extended and journalled between the transmission case 1 and the sub-case 4, and a hydraulic travel brake 6, the spin clutch 2, and the mild clutch 3 are journalled to the turning control shaft 5, respectively. A turn selecting switch 8 switching actions between spin turning, mild turning, and braking turning is arranged in a main speed changing lever 7 controlling a main speed change on the operator side.
