PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission apparatus capable of preventing the generation of undesired sound during power transmission and at the same time adequately coping with the deviation of a rotary center axis. SOLUTION: The power transmission apparatus 136 of an agricultural working machine 1 is provided with a cultivation axis 53 rotating by driving power and another cultivation axis 88 which tilts in the direction parting from the cultivation axis 53 corresponding with the folding motion of the machine body 2 and tilts in the direction approaching to the cultivation axis 53 corresponding with the fold-releasing motion. The cultivation axis 53 has a driving-side frictional face 60 positioned on a virtual cone face having a central axis coinciding with the rotary central axis of the cultivation axis 53. The other cultivation axis 88 has a following-side frictional face 95 which facially presses the driving- side frictional face 60. By means of the frictional resistance generated between the driving-side frictional face 60 and the following-side frictional face 95 which presses each other facially, the rotation of the cultivation axis 53 is transmitted to the other cultivation axis 88.
