<p>The invention relates to an electrically conducting hydroprimer comprising at least one component (I), which itself comprises at least one aqueous polyurethane dispersion (A) and at least one electrically conducting pigment (B), and at least one component (II), which itself comprises a polyisocyanate. At least one of the components (I) and or (II) comprises an aromatic solvent. The invention further relates to the use of said hydroprimer for producing multi coat coloured or special effect paints for plastic components and plastic components coated with said multi coat paints.</p> |
