SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of 16-hydroxy-11-(substituted phenyl)-estra-4,9-diene corresponding to the formula (I) where R1 is C1-6-alkyl, triflat or phenyl where phenyl group is substituted optionally with a single or some substitutes taken among cyano-group, halogen atom and C1-4-alkyl; R2 is hydrogen atom or carboxy-1-oxo-C1-6-alkyl; R3 is hydrogen, halogen atom or C1-6-alkyl optionally substituted with a single or some C1-6-alkoxy-groups; R4 is hydrogen atom or C1-6-alkyl and X means O or NOH, or their pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate. Invention describes methods of their synthesis and a pharmaceutical composition comprising thereof designated for using in medicinal therapy, especially in treatment and prophylaxis of glucocorticoid-dependent diseases or symptoms.
