PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a deodorizing effect and efficiency. SOLUTION: A plastic cutting device comprises a processing device provided with a machining chamber 6 to store a grinding wheel 8 to effect processing as processing water 9 is injected against a plastic lens 7 and a drain pipe 12 to drain processing water in the processing chamber; a drain tank 3 to store processing water through the drain pipe; an exhaust pipe 13 communicating with at least one of the drain tank and the drain pipe; and a deodorizing device 5 provided with a deodorizing means containing at least an adsorbent to deodorize exhaust gas from the exhaust pipe and an exhaust device to effect exhaust in an exhaust flow rate set based on a filling amount of the adsorbent and the volume of a machining chamber.
