PURPOSE: A shroud of an axial flow fan is provided to reduce noise and achieve improved performance of the axial flow fan by arranging a plurality of stators at the outlet side of the shroud. CONSTITUTION: A shroud of an axial flow fan comprises a plurality of stators(10) mounted at an outlet(6b) side of the shroud having a predetermined tilt angle(theta). The stators have curvature determined by the curvature of the fan, and guides the air introduced into the fan. Since the air passes through a protection grille by being guided by the stators, the noise caused due to the collision of the air against the protection grille is reduced.
