SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in supply of vapor to condenser where it is acted on by electric discharge and/or discharge and/or ionizing radiation at simultaneous and subsequent action by permanent magnetic field by passing between poles of magnets and/or through lining and/or ceramic profiles located in condenser. Part of vapor heat may be discharged to condenser by means of cooling water for example. Prior to removal from condenser, heat of non-condensed part of vapor may be transferred to cooling water. EFFECT: possibility of condensing vapor at condenser inlet temperature retaining heat of condensation of vapor. 4 cl, 7 dwg _
