Method involves extraction of wild rose milled fruits in the presence of enzyme, separation of phases, concentrating and separating. Pectomacerin or pectofoetidine, or celloviridine are used as an enzyme taken in the amount 0.04-0.05%, 0.03-0.04% and 0.06-0.07%, respectively, to swollen raw mass. Wild rose milled fruits are extracted with water, enzyme pectomacerin is added in the amount 0.03-0.04% of extract volume followed by separation of phases, concentrating and separating.
