摘要 PURPOSE: An overcharge controller using a variable resistance in an electric vehicle is provided to prevent leakage of gas and prevent the explosion due to the gas by maintaining uniformly a voltage of a battery. CONSTITUTION: A charge control portion(40) includes a plurality of OP amplifiers(T1,T2), an inverter(I1), a contact switch(S1), and a variable resistance(VR1). The OP amplifiers(T1,T2) are used for inverting a voltage level of a battery portion(30). The inverter circuit(I1) is used for inverting output voltage levels of the OP amplifiers(T1,T2). The contactor switch(S1) is switched by an output voltage of the inverter circuit(I1). A resistant value of the variable resistance(VR1) is reduced by a motor(M). A power supply portion(10) is connected to both terminals of the battery portion(30). The battery portion(30) has a plurality of modules connected to the charge control portion(40).
