PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate positioning of an electric element and a substrate for eliminating the need to peel-off and to provide reproduction of the element when it is defective, thus lowering its manufacturing cost and increasing its work efficiency. SOLUTION: In the electric element connecting method, a substrate 1 having a wiring pattern 2 formed thereon as well as an electric element having a plurality of electrodes are joined together, via a first adhesive layer containing conductive fine particles 6 and through a second adhesive layer laminated on the first adhesive layer. At this time, the method includes a step of electrically connecting the element and the plurality of electrodes by pushing the element against the substrate 1, a step of inspecting the element by applying a drive signal to the element via the wiring pattern 2, and a step of setting the first and second adhesive layers by heating and pressing the element to thereby join together the element and the substrate 1. |
