PURPOSE: A method for painting a reinforced plastic sandwich combined panel is provided to improve the workability, productivity, fire-proof characteristic, and bonding force by using phenol reinforced composite material. CONSTITUTION: A thin polyurethane film(1) having a thickness of 5-50 micrometer is attached to a surface(2) which is required to be subject to a putty process. Then, a core(3) and a stuff(2a) are stacked so as to simultaneously process the core(3) and the stuff(2a). Then, a vacuum film is provided to maintain a vacuum state. At this time, pressure and heat are applied depending on the curing condition of phenol polymer resin. When the combined panel is fabricated, a painting process is carried out without performing a separate putty process, thereby obtaining a finished combined panel.
