PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for automatically attaching the explanation comments of proposal materials and its program. SOLUTION: This proposal board preparation system to a customer by a computer is provided with a preserving means for preserving picture explanation comments corresponding to all pictures, a calling means for simultaneously calling the comments corresponding to the pictures according to picture selection, and a display means for selectively or multiply displaying the high order concepts and low order concepts of the pictures near the pictures at the time of displaying the pictures and comments.
