PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the device for a voice automatic output alarm device system that is a crime prevention system for housing and the method therefor. SOLUTION: This voice automatic output alarm device comprises a sensing sensor for sensing the movement of an illicit intruder; a voice automatic output device for outputting a voice when receiving a signal transmitted in the sensing thereof by the sensor; and an outdoor speaker for extending the voice signal converted to voice and outputted by the voice automatic output device to report the effect to the outside.
