PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of making various kinds of foods in response to the purposes up to drying of a high temperature zone from germination and fermentation of a low temperature zone by using both the obverse and reverse of one sheet-like heater. SOLUTION: A heat insulating material 2 is applied to the reverse side of the self-temperature controlling sheet-like heater 1. A heater 4 is made by integrally wrapping this heat insulating material with a cover 3. The reverse side is formed as a low temperature side surface, and the obverse side is formed as a high temperature side surface. A wide-mouthed tray 5, a lid 6 of the tray, and a heat insulating material 7 for covering an upper surface of the lid 6 of the tray are set on this heater. The favorite foods are made by changing and properly selecting a combination of the obverse and reverse of the heater 4, the wide-mouthed tray 5, the lid 6, and the heat insulating material 7 according to kinds and purposes of objective foods. |
