PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent personal information of on-line shopping from leaking. SOLUTION: A dealings ID is sent to an on-line shop 3, a credit card number and a purchase amount to a card company 4, and address information and dealings ID to a transportation company 5 respectively. Furthermore, user IDs are converted into user IDs for shops which are different from shop to shop, and the user IDs for the shops are sent to the on-line shops 3.
