<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for transmitting electronic mail, which simultaneously displays candidates of multiple addresses and document files on a screen, avoids repetitive operations to select a transmission file for each addressee, and circumvents an error induced by the repetitive operations to select the transmission file for every addressee. SOLUTION: Above-mentioned proplems are solved by a computer program that realizes an output function for addresses by displaying the multiple electronic mail addresses on a display device, a function to display a list of documents on the display device, and a linking function to link the addressee and the document displayed on the display device. The program executes a transmission commanding function to receive a transmission command issued by a user and also executes a transmission function to transmit the electronic mail based upon the linkage that corresponds with the transmission command received from the transmission commanding function.</p> |
