<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor production plan preparing system for improving accuracy of a plan value without requiring time and labor for the preparation of the plan. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a function for preparation of the plan of the number of production for every production process in a prescribed period unit from requested data from each requester and a calendar master stored in advance, a function for preparing the plan of basic production by adding excessive or deficient number calculated by subtracting a proper remaining number set in advance by multiplying a planned production quantity in a unit period by a prescribed coefficient from a remaining number after the unit period for every production process in the plan of the number of production for every production process, a function for sorting production quantity in the production process in the order of the larger excessive or deficient number for every production process for the plan of the basic production, averaging production quantity in a prescribed period unit and preparing a schedule decomposition plan, a function for subtracting stock number from schedule decomposition planned quantity and calculating the number required according to the schedule by adding a block store value and a function for preparing a feeding plan according to the schedule by adding a time correction by standard lead time stored in the number required according to the schedule in advance.</p> |
