PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such an EEPROM for a micro-controller and a screen display device that the micro-controller (μC) and the screen display device (OSD) can share the single EEPROM through an EEPROM type arbitrator, and to provide an operation method therefor. SOLUTION: The micro-controller (μC) 31, the screen display device (CD) 32, the arbitrator 5, and the common EEPROM 6 are arranged on the same integrated circuit chip.
