PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device provided with a voltage output circuit that stably operates in a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A voltage output circuit provided in this semiconductor integrated circuit device feeds a reference voltage to the noninverted input terminal of a differential amplifier and feeds an output voltage obtained from the output terminal of the differential amplifier to the gate of a MOSFET that operates in a saturation area, one or a plurality of MOSFETs of diode connection are provided between the source of the MOSFET and one operation voltage, and an output voltage, i.e., divided voltage formed by the MOSFET and one or a plurality of MOSFETs of diode connection is fed to the inverted input terminal of the differential amplifier.
