PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a light-emitting diode from static electricity by arranging light-emitting diode on an electrode sheet made of PET and to realize the desired color of the light-emitting diode. SOLUTION: The PET electrode sheet 12 is folded into two. A slit 32 of U-shape is provided in the PET electrode sheet 12. A sheet 12c is formed by the slit 32. The sheet 12c is in a form to cover a light-emitting diode 34 which is provided as a mounting part at the bottom face of a sheet 12a. Thereby, only the sheet 12c portion under which the light-emitting diode 34 is provided swells. Only the region of the sheet where the light-emitting diode 34 is covered is made transparent.
