PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an executing method for a motion program capable of shortening a time between actual delivery of a segment and starting of analysis of a program, shortening a period for polling as well when performing an actual segment delivery process for improved control performance. SOLUTION: In this executing method for the motion program of a numerical control device for preparing position command values from hour to hour for a servo amplifier based on the motion program, the motion program is executed by a task having a first phase behaving as an inconstant period task till the completion of the analysis when analyzing the motion program and preparing executable data and a second phase behaving as a constant period task when preparing paying out segment data from hour to hour based on executable data. As a result, a useless processing of polling the completion of the analysis by the constant period task can be eliminated.
