PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide housing structure to enable use of a house for rent by dividing it into a plurality of houses and its sales method. SOLUTION: The house is freely dividable into the plurality of houses where a plurality of systems including power sources, gas, water facilities and doorways are provided corresponding to the plurality of houses to be defined as dividable, and a purchaser of one house is enabled to rent the remaining divided houses to other persons while living in any one of the plurality of houses after functional division of one house. |
