PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device capable of simply and promptly recovering even if a connection error is occurred. SOLUTION: This terminal device A is provided with a display 15 and a keyboard 16, and connected to a computer C in a network system through a relay device B. When detecting a duplication address error, a CPU 10 of the terminal device A indicates that the duplication address error occurs on the display 15, and indicates a connection establishing menu on the same screen.
