PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which enables individuals to be active as advertisement media and individual stores by efficiently sending recommendation sentences of ran article to a large number of persons through easy operations and then maximizes power of the individual. SOLUTION: In this system users of client devices 200 communicate with each another by using the client devices 200 connected to a server device 100 via a network 300. The server device 100 stores article information regarding articles that an on-line shopping site 400 sells; and a 1st user receives a request to recommend a desired article and gives notice of the recommendation of the article to a 2nd user at the received recommendation request.
