PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber for decorative use capable of plane decoration at extremely low cost, doing without application of a reflective material, adhesion of paper, or other complications in a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: An optical fiber body for decoration and a cover are main constituents, which latter is fitted so that light leaking from the outside face of the optical fiber body is to shed on the inner face of the cover to reflect diffusely.
