PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly accurate inverter circuit, with which a junction temperature and jitter are nearly not fluctuated even when the frequency of an inputted clock is fluctuated, suitable for use for a highly accurate measuring instrument. SOLUTION: This circuit is provided with unit inverter circuits 20a, 20b, etc., switching circuits 40a, 40b, etc., provided corresponding to the unit inverter circuits 20a, 20b, etc., and a D flip-flop 50 for supplying clocks to the switching circuits 40a, 40b, etc., when no clock is inputted to the unit inverter circuits 20a, 20b, etc.
