PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically interrupt the charge operation of a charge base without performing changeover operation by manual operation to drive equipment and automatically restore charge operation after drive completion when need of using the equipment occurs during charge of the equipment. SOLUTION: The equipment 1 incorporates a secondary battery 11 as a power source, and is provided with a remote controller 20 connected by a cable 22. When the equipment 1 is connected to the charge base 30, charge of the secondary battery 11 is started. When the remote controller 20 is held on a holding part 40, the equipment 1 is operated by the operation part of the equipment 1 or the remote controller 20 to enable drive. While the equipment is during driving, charge operation is interrupted. The holding part 40 of the remote controller 20 is in a remote controller non-holding state when the equipment 1 is not connected to the charge base 30, and when the equipment 1 is connected to the charge base 30, it is converted into a remote controller holding state.
