PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable closed component with a safety valve surely cleaving a thin-wall part when the internal pressure of a case reaches a prescribed value or more, capable of releasing the increased internal pressure to the outside, and facilitating the manufacture and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The safety valve part 4 of this closed component 1 with the safety valve is formed with a first recess 4a by recessing a part of one surface 3c of a lid 3 and a second recess 4b by recessing the other surface 3d of the lid in a position opposed to the first recess 4a. The safety valve part 4 is constituted of the thin-wall part 4c formed with the first and the second recesses 4a and 4b.
