PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure stabilized ZVS(Zero Voltage Switching) at a middle load period. SOLUTION: A composite-resonance type converter having a voltage-resonance type converter on a primary side is fitted with an insulating converter transformer PIT-2 in addition to an insulated converter transformer PIT-1, with which a secondary-side parallel resonance circuit is formed. On the side of the converter transformer PIT-1, secondary-side DC output voltages E01, E02 are obtained. On the side of the converter transformer PIT-2, a secondary-side DC output voltage E03 is obtained. Stabilization is performed by performing a conduction angle control of a secondary-side active clamping circuit 10 for the secondary-side DC output voltage E01, by a composite control system for a main switching element Q1 on the primary side, and by performing the conduction angle control for a primary-side active clamping circuit, for a third secondary-side DC output voltage.
