PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network facsimile machine capable of improving the convenience of dial information registration, deletion and retrieval. SOLUTION: This network facsimile machine is provided with a database access controlling part 37 for accessing one-touch, reduction and group dial information registered in a database 45. The network facsimile machine is also provided with a data controlling part 33 for updating stored one-touch, reduction and group dial information, also periodically accessing the database 45 and updating the stored one-touch, reduction and group dial information when the information of the database 45 is changed. The network facsimile machine can also access a plurality of databases 45 by the control of the controlling part 37.
