PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing configuration having a higher added-value and enabling a user to access easily various information, and to provide an information origination environment for realizing transmission/ reception of seamless information in the field of various information exchange such as utilization information, certification information or the like, and especially having high affinity to electronic business dealings. SOLUTION: This information terminal device 30 is equipped with a storage means 31 of information, a transmission/reception means 33 for accepting an information image file from the outside, and a terminal processing means 35 of information for controlling operations of each means. The terminal processing means 35 has a step for housing a pointer of an information originator acquired from the information image file in a storage means 31a, a step for housing related information acquired based on the information image file in a storage means 31b as transmission information to be transmitted to the information originator, and a step for delivering the housed transmission information following the housed pointer.
