The gamma correction unit corrects all or nothing light sources diffusing giant screen images. The unit allows a non linear curve of luminous energy of light sources to be obtained. The gamma correction unit converts a light source all or nothing output to a gamma factor of 2. A conversion curve is obtained by a mathematical operator squaring the conversion time of digital binary image which is then applied to the luminous source.
