PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search a position and obtain physical layout information even when the layout of an input/output apparatus such as a printer is changed. SOLUTION: Transmitter arrays each comprising a plurality of transmitters are orthogonally arranged on a floor, transmission signals are received by an input/output apparatus mounted with a receiver while the transmitters of the transmitter arrays are switched in sequence, and the array position information of transmitters capable of being received with the lowest reception sensitivity is used as the position coordinates of the input/output apparatus. |
