PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte, capable of composing a battery with high energy density, high cycle performance, and high storage performance in particular, and to provide a nonaqueous electrolyte battery. SOLUTION: This nonaqueous electrolyte uses an electrolyte, having an electrolyte salt comprising alkali metal cations and fluorine-containing anions, and a nonaqueous solvent. By setting HF concentration in the electrolyte to be 30 to 1,000 ppm, the nonaqueous battery is obtained. |
