PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently provide leaflet information which is useful for many readers at low cost. SOLUTION: Reader information including a network address as a distribution destination and leaflet selection information for selecting necessary leaflet information is stored in a reader information storage device 19, basic leaflet information including advertisement information, validity term information showing the term of validity of the advertisement information and issuing store information showing the issuing store of the leaflet information is stored in a basic information storage device, and store information including store specification information is stored in a store information storage device 18. A control part 15 selects the basic leaflet information and store specification information according to the leaflet information respectively and generates leaflet information for each user and distribute the information. |
