PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for service provision which provide services accompanying a purchase of an article at the same time and a program thereof. SOLUTION: This service providing system includes a service providing server 1 to which service provider terminals 1a to 1d are connected through the Internet 100 and user terminals 2a to 2c which are connected. The service provider terminals 1a to 1d are terminal devices of respective traders providing various services, e.g. a ticket vending terminal 1a, a map information providing terminal 1b, a traffic information providing terminal 1c, and a store information providing information 1d. When a user uses on-line shopping, a service provider terminal which can provide attached information (service) generated accompanying a purchase of an article according to input information (article purchase information, personal information, etc.), of the user is automatically retrieved and the retrieved contents are sent to the user terminal, so user's convenience can be improved. |
