PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the same operativity when selecting a menu with a key pad regardless of whether an operator is right-handed or left-handed. SOLUTION: The menu arranging plural selection items is displayed in a direction indicatable by the key pad 50 as an operation input part according to a menu display demand. Inclining orientation is detected from inclining operation by joy sticks 50A, 50B and pressing operation is detected from operation by the joy sticks 50A, 50B. When the pressing operation is detected, an execution menu is determined corresponding to the detected inclining orientation and a video game is proceeded on the basis of the execution menu.
