<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device for audio apparatus which is capable of rapidly selecting arbitrary information from many pieces of information. SOLUTION: A first bar 21 comprising constitution segments respectively corresponding to a plurality of the information (for example, 100 pieces of the information) which can be provided is displayed in a display section 12. When a user touches the arbitrary segment of the first bar 21 on this screen, a control section extracts the music numbers (for example, 13 pieces of the music numbers inclusive of the number corresponding to the positions selected by the user) corresponding to the segment touched by the user and the segment around the same by the signal from a touch panel 13, rewrites the display screen and displays a second bar 22 adapted to permit the discrete selection of these music numbers. The musical pieces of the music numbers selected by the user are reproduced by the second bar 22.</p> |
