PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device capable of correctly grasping the number of transmitted copies, etc., even when the abnormal disconnection of power supply occurs due to service interruption or the like during the transmission of image information. SOLUTION: This communication terminal device is provided with a communication conrolling part 7 for controlling communication with the opposite terminal and a controlling part 1 which is provided with a communication information memory 3a, a communication management memory 3b and a status denoting the presence/absence of the process of transmission, also sequentially stores communication information detected in accordance with communication progress in the memory 3a, turns on the status before starting image communication, turns off the status after storing the contents of the memory 3a as management information in the memory 3b after finishing the image communication, and stores the contents of the memory 3a together with information denoting power supply abnormal disconnection in the memory 3b in the case the status is turned on when the power is turned on.
